Ekobridge is an online Gospel community where Jesus rules and reigns in our affairs. We are one body of Christ sharing the peace and love of Jesus with one another, and boldly proclaiming Christ's salvation to all mankind. We are solely a Bible-based community. We believe in the Gospel and the love of Jesus Christ who died on the cross of Calvary for the sake of our sins. Therefore, we are one family who boldly acknowledge Romans 1:16
Ekobridge adopts in full the Confessional Statement of The Gospel Coalition and beliefs of the Redeemed Christian Church of God which are in total sync with our values and belief here in Ekobridge of the Gospel and the word of God; It is these shared values that binds us all in the Ekobridge community and shall be the standard by which all users (including partners) interact with and within the Ekobridge Community. These Foundation Documents were adopted by the Council of The Gospel Coalition on May 22, 2007, and revised on April 12, 2011, and used here with the permission of The Gospel Coalition (thegospelcoalition.org), Deerfield, IL 60015. The beliefs of the Redeemed Christian Church of God which we have adopted is not an endorsement by it of Ekobridge; our decision to adopt same is totally unilateral; we also unilaterally choose to identify with the Winners Chapel International Mandate.
However, we emphasise we are not a movement but a community that points mankind to the true vine (Jesus - John 15:5) and together we are the branches whose identity and confidence is not linked to any one individual or group in their human capacity, rather, to the knowledge and power of who we are in Christ Jesus that our faith, hope, salvation and conviction might be firmly established in Him only and not conditioned on man who is forever imperfect.
Comments, posts, distribution or circulation of pornographic, obscene, lewd and libidinous content or communications, and content inciting violence is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Ekobridge reserves the right to immediately delete any offensive, defamatory, violent, pornographic, racist or xenophobic entries in any form and report same to the relevant authorities including but not limited to security agencies. Consequently, user restrictions which may include a total ban from the community can be imposed on defaulting users. Also, please see our Morals and Decency code.

In no uncertain terms, the WORD here is as contained in John 1:1, and advocates living a Christ-like life which is epitomised in love as evidenced in John 3:16. The sole purpose of this site is to spread the WORD, consequently, all existing and potential users MUST respect the sacrosanct nature of the joint faith professed by all Christians here and SHALL not attempt to undertake any action that undermines or cause distress directly or indirectly to our mutually professed Christian faith.
By registering you agree that you respect the mutual faith and belief of Christian users in Christ Jesus, God the Father and God the Holy Spirit, and you acknowledge that acting to the contrary offends our collective right to association and religion. Also, acting contrary to this amounts to a breach of contractual terms and we reserve the right to delete such offending content(s) and impose user restrictions on defaulting parties (and pass on such communication to relevant security agencies where necessary).
Ekobridge conveys the message of Christ Jesus' love to everyone. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms. This includes accounts registered on behalf of someone or fraudulently representing yourself as someone else.

What personal information do we process
We collect personal information about our current and future community subscribers through our website. This includes but not limited to personal information such as; Name, Email address, Sex, Location details (including IP address), Academic details, Religious affiliation, Relationship status, Multimedia (e.g., videos, audios, images, files e.t.c)
Why we process your personal information and what is the legal basis
We process your personal information with utmost transparency per the GDPR and the local data protection laws for one of the following reasons: To enhance user experience amongst users in the community; To comply with a legal obligation; To protect all community users, and To facilitate contractual obligations because you have given your consent
How long do we keep your personal information
We retain your personal information for as long as you have a user account with us evidenced by the existence of an Ekobridge "registered user" account. Other logs which may contain personal information such as server access logs and security logs are kept for up to forty-eight (48) months. We may retain your personal information longer than that for regulatory, technical or legal reasons.
Your information may be stored longer than that in encrypted backups. However, we have measures in place to remove your PII upon restoring those backups unless otherwise legally required, e.g. in assisting a criminal investigation.
Your data protection rights
You have the following rights with regards to the personally identifiable information we keep on file for you:
- Access your personal information.
- Request the correction of the personal information we keep on you.
- Ask for the deletion of your personal information
- Ask for a copy of the personal information pertaining to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to convey this information to other organizations. You may also request that we directly convey that file to another organization of your choice. This is also known as "data portability right".
- Withdraw your consent regarding the processing of your personal information at any time. Please note that withdrawal of your consent at any time does not invalidate the legality of the processing based on your consent before that was revoked or withdrawn by you.
Periodic changes to this our Privacy Statement
From time to time, we may modify the privacy statement. When this happens we will notify. We recommend that you re-visit this user terms periodically so that you are always updated on the way we process and protect your personal information. Please refer to Ekobridge's Moral and Decency Code for acceptable community practices in general. By continuing you affirm that you understand and accept all of the aforementioned terms.
